Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Express delivery is charged according to the shipping carrier’s rates and is next business day within serviceable areas. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are usually processed the same day. You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships.

Yes — local standard delivery is free, with no order minimum. International Standard and Expedited delivery are free from HK$300.

For sofa covers, match the listed length and seat range to your furniture; for stairs and ramps, check height and weight capacity. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact hello@pawlabandstudio.com with your order number — we’ll arrange return authorization and pickup. Items damaged in transit are eligible for replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Follow the care notes on the product page. Many removable covers are machine-washable on a gentle cycle; air-dry when possible to keep fabric shape. Vacuum or brush sisal and fabric surfaces regularly, and avoid harsh bleach unless the care label allows it. Wipe waterproof or stain-resistant surfaces with a damp cloth for everyday clean-ups.
