We sell premium non-food pet furniture and lifestyle products for Hong Kong homes. All products are subject to availability. We may update product details or discontinue items at any time. Descriptions and prices are provided in good faith; we may correct errors when needed.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Payment must be successfully processed before fulfilment begins. Prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and delivery

Returns and refunds

Eligible unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawLab & Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products.
