Shipping options
Standard delivery
- Local standard delivery is free, with no order minimum
- Usually 5–7 business days
- Trackable door-to-door delivery within Hong Kong
Express delivery
- Charged according to the shipping carrier’s rates
- Next business day within serviceable areas
- Priority processing and tracking
Delivery areas
We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Remote areas may need extra time.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are usually processed the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Use the courier’s tracking number to follow delivery progress.
Delivery notes
- Please ensure someone can receive the delivery
- Residential buildings may require building staff assistance
- Larger furniture may need two-person delivery
- Please inspect packaging on arrival and contact us promptly about damage
International shipping
International Standard and Expedited delivery are free from HK$300. For quotes or special arrangements, please contact us.
