Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of PawLab & Studio pet furniture and lifestyle products. If you are not satisfied, here is how returns and refunds work.

Return eligibility

• Request a return within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging where applicable
• Proof of purchase is required
• Items damaged in transit are eligible for replacement or refund

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care items generally cannot be returned unless defective.

How to return

1. Email hello@pawlabandstudio.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will confirm eligibility and issue a return authorization
3. We will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 3–5 business days

Refund method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Defective products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
