Express delivery is charged according to the shipping carrier’s rates and is next business day within serviceable areas. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are usually processed the same day. You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships.

For sofa covers, match the listed length and seat range to your furniture; for stairs and ramps, check height and weight capacity. What is your returns policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact hello@pawlabandstudio.com with your order number — we’ll arrange return authorization and pickup. Items damaged in transit are eligible for replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Follow the care notes on the product page. Many removable covers are machine-washable on a gentle cycle; air-dry when possible to keep fabric shape.
