How long does delivery take in Hong Kong?
Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Express delivery (HK$50) is next business day within serviceable areas. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are usually processed the same day. You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships.

What is your returns policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact hello@pawlabandstudio.com with your order number — we’ll arrange return authorization and pickup. Items damaged in transit are eligible for replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Follow the care notes on the product page. Many removable covers are machine-washable on a gentle cycle; air-dry when possible to keep fabric shape. Vacuum or brush sisal and fabric surfaces regularly, and avoid harsh bleach unless the care label allows it. Wipe waterproof or stain-resistant surfaces with a damp cloth for everyday clean-ups.
