Shipping options
Standard delivery
- Free for orders over HK$500
- Orders under HK$500 are charged by package weight according to the shipping carrier’s rates
- Usually 5–7 business days
- Trackable door-to-door delivery within Hong Kong
Express delivery
- HK$50
- Next business day within serviceable areas
- Priority processing and tracking
Delivery areas
We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Remote areas may need extra time.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are usually processed the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Use the courier’s tracking number to follow delivery progress.
Delivery notes
- Please ensure someone can receive the delivery
- Residential buildings may require building staff assistance
- Larger furniture may need two-person delivery
- Please inspect packaging on arrival and contact us promptly about damage
